There are the following period details for an employee in infotype Time Specification/Employ. Period (IT0552):

  • 01.09.2000 - 01.07.2004 (with time specification type ZP03)
  • 01.10.2004 - 30.06.2005 (with time specification type ATKZ)

How is calculation carried out for employment periods that are excluded from the imputation?

  • Time specification type ZP03: Study (2 year time limit)

    As the time limit is 2 years for time specification type Study, 1 year 10 months 1 day are excluded from the imputation.

  • Time specification type ATKZ: Grace Period (only half is imputed)

    As only half the grace period is imputed, 0 years 4 months 15 days are excluded from the imputation.
