You enter the deregistration reason here.
If you executed action Leaving, this field contains the selected action reason as the default value. This action reason only matches the SI deregistration reason if you have maintained the action reasons in Customizing in accordance with the SI deregistration reasons. If this is not the case, you must overwrite the default value.
Maintenance per record type
- For record type 04 (deregistration) you must store the deregistration reason.
- For record types 06 (change SI-related data) and 09 (correct deregistration) you only have to store the deregistration reason if it needs to be corrected.
Dependencies
For deregistration reason 00 (other reasons), you must enter the deregistration reason in the text field.
