Documentation
Definition
For the further optional differentiation of the reclassification criteria, you can generate a feature-controlled variable key to read view Pay Scale Reclassification.
Use
If the pay scale information, time limit and employee date of hire are sufficient for you as reclassification criteria, you can keep the variable key's initial value.
However, if you need greater detail to map the pay scale reclassification criteria, in feature PRVAR you can define a return value for the variable key based on various organizational and employee-related criteria, such as the employee subgroup or seniority.
Procedure
Maintain the return values for the variable key using feature PRVAR. For more information, see section Refine Reclassification Conditions of the Personnel Administration Implementation Guide.
