Definition
Partial amount of the notional severance pay entitlement, which is transferred to the employee pension fund
Use
The partial amounts are the sum of the transfer amounts (statutory portion, voluntary portion and/or other payments) entered in the system and divided between the respective installment percentages (including interest).
In the payroll run, these partial amounts are divided in proportion to the three original wage type amounts and generated in payroll with the corresponding wage types.
If you enter wage types for a notional severance pay entitlement and enter a corresponding amount, all you have to do is enter the first date of origin in the Transfer Information group box and choose Installment Payment. The system will then automatically propose the remaining four dates and partial amounts for payroll.
If you want to specify a transfer amount that differs from the default value, you can overwrite the default value. The system will automatically place the symbol (=/=) next to the amount to indicate that this is a manual entry.
If you want to undo the manual change, choose New.
