Definition
You use this field to control the different reclassification criteria for the various pay scales.
Use
Values AP1, AP2, AP3 and AP4 have a special meaning for the public sector in Austria.
Values AP1 to AP3 are used to differentiate between the pay scales:
AP1 Basic pay scale
AP2 Comparison pay scale
AP3 Public service law pay scale
Value AP4 is used for the indirect valuation of the biennial bonus and the contractual civil servant service regulations.
In the indirect valuation of these bonuses, length-of-service levels must be ignored. Using variable key AP4, you must define a level sequence that maps all the levels apart from the length-of-service levels. In the highest level, the value ' ' must be entered as the subsequent level.
For this usage, the value of the variable key must not be changed via feature PRVAR.
