Definition
- Print forms immediately
The report immediately prints the forms you chose under Type of statement and Type of creation. If you chose Display form only, the report does not print the form.
The forms are printed on the printer you have maintained in your user master record (transaction SU3) under User default -> Spool control -> Output device. If you have not specified a printer, the dialog box Print: appears. In this case enter a printer in the field Output device.
- Checking the statements individually
You can view each statement in SAPscript's print preview. You then decide whether the statement should be printed as you see it.
The system only stores those statements that you print.
