Definition
Date as of which contributions are to be paid to the employee pension fund.
Use
In accordance with the Company Pension Plan Act (BMVG), employee contribution payments fall due as of the second month of an employee's length of service.
If an employee rejoins a company within one calendar year of suspending the work relationship, the contribution obligation for this employee starts immediately after he or she rejoins the company.
