Documentation
Use
This field contains the percentage to be applied to the contribution basis for the company pension fund. This percentage rate must be at least as high as the statutory percentage rate.
Each company can choose to set a higher percentage rate in order to ensure a better company pension fund for its salaried employees.
Dependencies
The percentage is defined as the constant BMVP0 in the Payroll Parameters (V_T511K) view and can be changed by system administration.

Use
In this field, you enter the number of months in which the employee is entitled to severance pay.
The final entitlement amount is calculated by multiplying the number of months by the employee's total current pay at the time of leaving.
