Definition

This specifies how the report determines the text for the name of the profession.

Procedure

Choose one of the following possibilities:

  • SI Notification IT 0367

    The report takes the text from the text entered in the last SI notification by way of ELDA (Electronic Data Transfer). If you choose this field and there is no corresponding record for SI Notification Supplements infotype 0367 for the particular employee, the field remains blank on the statement.

  • Job text

    The report issues the text for the employee's last job.

  • Position text

    The report issues the text for the employee's last position.
