Definition

The short description entered here is a symbol for a condition (event) after which, the corresponding absence type is added to the personal absence calendar.

• B: (Original) quota at the beginning of the absence is not yet

  completely used up

• E: Particular identification of first sickness

  (in accordance with the Salaried Employee's Act)

• F: The set waiting time at the beginning of the absence has not

  been met

• H: Maximum remuneration period was exceeded
• K: Quota for a certain absence type is used up,

  and there is no subsequent symbol (with a new quota)

• U: Partial-day absences, which should not be processed using

  the set of regulations for maximum remuneration period (for example,

  because it falls short of the threshold value)

• W: The waiting period, which must be met before the allowance of

  a new quota, was not met.
