If this indicator is set, no message is displayed.
You can define a generated message for each operation return code. In some cases, you may not wish to do this, as this situation - a missing infotype record - does not necessarily mean an error.
Example
You want to determine the current exceptional contribution; the Recurring Payments/Deductions (0014) infotype is read here. If no record is available, no error message should appear, as many employees (for example, newly hired) do not have any exceptional contributions.
