Definition
all PF accounts are locked in the data bank if this indicator is set when carrying out a PC universal evaluation of the PF with the relevant PC schema (DB.Lock).
Otherwise only individual accounts are locked if they are read during processing with authorization level 'W' or 'X'.
You should note that the data bank locking with which this setting is controlled has nothing to do with the lock_date of an account.
