Definition
The group formation type determines the type of group formation in a SAPscript output list.
Description
For each step in a PC output sequence, a group formation type and a PC form for processing is specified.
For a group formation type, a maximum of four field names from the output table can be defined. These fields determine the group formation. Here, the lowest level is assigned the number 1, the highest level is assigned the number 4.
For each group x, the text element "GRSx" (Title for Start of a Group with Level x) or "ZWSx" (Subtotal for Level x) can be defined in the MAIN window of the SAPscript form. The data for the subtotal is contained in the structure "GRP_WAx". This is structured similar to the table PR_TAB of each reporting type. For the creation of subtotals, all numerical fields of the output structure are cumulated.
In addition, the group 5 is used for the total.
