Definition
In accordance with §38c EStG (Income Tax Law), there is a general employment tax table and a special employment tax table. They differ in the amount of integrated social insurance contribution deduction according to §10c EStG (Income Tax Law).
Employees liable to pension insurance contributions are taxed according to the general employment tax table; employees not liable to pension insurance contributions according to the special employment tax table.
