Definition
The bonus number is assigned by the ZfA on request (notification BZ02). It is required when a pension insurance number is not specified in the "Social Insurance D" infotype (0013).
Use
Normally this field never has to be filled manually.
If a pension insurance number is not entered in infotype 0013, you have to request a bonus number from the ZfA using notification type BZ02. It is then assigned and you are informed with notification type ZB01. This bonus number is then imported by a program from the ZfA notification into this field in infotype 0745.
If - for whatever reason - the pension insurance number is entered in infotype 0013 AND the bonus number is specified in infotype 0745, the latter is used, which means the bonus number takes precedence for ZfA notifications (and for these only).
The bonus number is structured in the same way as a pension insurance number, but always starts with "40".
