Definition
The 'BeamtVG' feature is required for ZfA notification BZ01 in module 5 (BEAMT-VERSORG) and determines whether the employee belongs to the employee subgroup with tax benefits according to sec. 10a par. 1. The field can have the following values:
1 Requirement Acc. to Sec 10a Par.1 No. 1, 3, or 3 EStG Met
2 Requirement Acc. to Sec 10a Par.1 No.4 EStG Met
3 Requirement Acc. to Sec. 10a Par. 1 No. 5 EStG Met
4 Requirement Acc. to Sec. 10a Par. 1 Clause 4 EStG Met
None of the values in this field specify that this employee does not belong to the employee subgroup with tax benefits (for example, due to unpaid leave) or that the reporting office is not responsible for the employee in that contribution year (for example, due to the employee's leaving the company).
Note:
- Pension recipients with incapacity to work only belong to the employee subgroup with tax benefits starting from the 2008 contribution year. You can therefore only enter the value 4 if the start date of the infotype record is before January 1, 2008.
