Documentation

Definition

The previous year is deemed settled if you have received the settlement letter from your supplementary pension institute along with all relevant documents (account overview with the incoming payments, year-end settlement for the insured person for which payroll has been run, list of the insured persons for which notifications are still missing, and so on).

Use

If correction notifications exist for a year that is deemed already settled, various fields must be filled in the periods and the difference records sent if required.

Dependencies

Example

At the VBL, the year 2005 must be reported for the first time in ring-fencing west by April 30, 2006 and in ring-fencing east by February 28, 2006 (for information about submitting the annual notification, see employer table "Month of Annual Notification").

The final annual account/documentation is issued by June 30, 2006. After this (that is, as of July 2006), the previous year (2005) is deemed settled.
