Use
In this field, you can enter the date on which the current pay scale level period begins.
When employees reach the next pay scale level, they receive the regular remuneration of the new pay scale level from the beginning of the month. For this reason, if the pay scale level is increased, the start date of the new basic pay rate must always be at the beginning of the month, even if the pay scale level period ends in mid month.
The content of this field has an informative character and can be used to determine the end of the pay scale level period.
Dependencies
If the pay scale level is increased automatically by program RPIPSR00 based on the group membership duration, this field can only be filled and evaluated if the BAdI HRPBSDE_TVOED_PSRCL has been activated.
