Definition

If the employer makes current special payments (for a definition, see section 19, paragraph 1, sentence 1, no. 3, sentences 2 # 4 EStG, version valid as of 2007) that are calculated based on the employee's remuneration liable to SP contributions, the relevant percentage must be entered here.

This special payment is taxed in accordance with section 40b, paragraph 4 EStG (constant P40B4 of table T511K).

The SI contribution charge is calculated in accordance with section 1, paragraph 1, sentence 3 SvEV.

Use

The calculation, taxation, and SI contribution charge of the special payment are carried out in payroll function DOZV.

The percentage is stored in table T5DPBSZVPZ.
