Definition
This indicator deactivates the automatic part-time reduction of the structure equalization for the competition rule according to Sec. 29b Par. 5 BAT (Collective Agreement for PS). It is taken into account together with the "Married Bonus Payment According to BAT" field (OZBEE_NEU). The automatic reduction is to be overridden for employees for whom the married bonus payment has changed at the time of the transition because of the competition situation according to Sec. 5 Par. 2 Sent. 2 TVÜ.
Use
- If, prior to the transition, both spouses were employed part time (at least half the normal working time) or one was employed full time, half of the structure equalization corresponding to the cost-of-living allowance level 2 is paid. In this case, you select the indicator.
- If both spouses were employed part time and the capacity utilization level of one of the spouses was less than 50%, the full structure equalization assigned to cost-of-living allowance level 2 is paid in the ratio of individual working time to normal working time. In this case, you do not select the indicator.
