Definition
If this switch is set, report Notification Creation (SP Reporting) creates the notifications for the personnel number with status "Not to Be Transferred".
The notifications are not then selected by report Creation of Data Medium (SP Reporting) and must be transferred manually to the relevant supplementary pension institute.
During notification creation (SP notification program 2006) in subsequent evaluation periods, these notifications are then treated as having been received by the supplementary pension institute.
If a registration is to be created manually, the switch in the infotype must be set (at least) in the month of the registration. For deregistrations, the switch must be set for the month of the last working day, and for annual notifications, it is to be set for the entire year (although from a technical point of view, it is sufficient to set it for the month of December only).
Use
The switch was created for insignificantly employed persons on parental leave.
For these cases, two personnel numbers must be configured in the system due to the DEUEV notifications. In supplementary pensions, however, a single notification must still be submitted for the person (and not one for each personnel number). Since the SP notification program 2006 does not carry out a cross-check if there are two personnel numbers for one person, the notifications for the supplementary pension must be created manually. This switch must be set for both personnel numbers, however, so that notifications are not sent automatically for each personnel number. If the person's insignificant employment ends during the year, the switch for the personnel number on parental leave must be set until December of the year in which the insignificant employment ends and the annual notification for this person and this year must then be created manually.
The switch can also be used if no deregistration or no registration is to be created at the start of the pension period for personnel numbers that receive a reduction in earning capacity pension (status "REC Pension" in the infotype).
Dependencies
The switch only works in conjunction with SP reporting (subapplication ZVMP) for notifications as of 01/01/2002.
Example
Various notifications for a personnel number are to be suppressed automatically so that they can be reported manually.

- The switch is set from 01/01/2007 to 03/20/2007.
- Annual notification:
- From 12/01/2006 to 12/31/2006, or
- The switch is set from 10/01/2006 to 12/31/2006.
- All notifications:
- The switch is set from 09/15/2006 to 03/20/2007.
