Defines the career group
Example
There are four career groups:
1 - Senior Grade
2 - Higher Grade
3 - Clerical Grade
4 - Simple Grade
The four career groups are grouped together into two career groups for the following state Public Sector Acts: Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg, Lower Saxony, Bremen, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and Saxony-Anhalt.
Offices of career group 1 are assigned to the clerical and simple grades.
Offices of career group 2 are assigned to the senior and higher grades.
