Definition

Prerequisite: For employees, a dummy gross amount is used during unpaid absence due to military service so that contributions/contribution amounts can continue to be calculated for the supplementary pension. If the absence starts or ends during the month, meaning that there is also a real gross proportion, this indicator specifies:

X = The dummy gross amount is reduced accordingly and added to the real gross proportion to form a monthly gross amount that is liable to SP contributions.

_ = The dummy gross amount is only valid for the whole month; the real gross proportion is not included in the monthly gross amount that is liable to SP contributions.
