If this switch is set, no database changes are written to the backup table PDPBSDNEUG_UEB_T for the field STVOR (date of the next increase). All checks are run and output to the log, however.
After a live run, STVOR field is overwritten in the backup table PDPBSDNEUG_UEB_T.
