Suppression of employer override

Use

If this field is selected and a different SPI entered in the existing infotype, no employer override is created in the data of the batch input session.

If this field is not selected, the system rejects personnel numbers for which a different SPI is entered in the existing infotype and for which no suitable employer assignment is found. The infotypes of the personnel numbers affected must then be created manually at the start of subapplication ZVMP using the copy operation. The employer override must also be specified (see below for details).

If you no longer need this override as of the start of subapplication ZVMP or if you want the infotypes affected to be delimited nevertheless by importing the batch input session, select this field and enhance the employer override after the batch input session has been imported.

Maintain employer override in the infotype

  • As of the start of subapplication ZVMP
  • For the time period from 01.01.2002 until before the start of subapplication ZVMP

Create entries in view V_PDPBSZV_PA0051.
