Definition
In Customizing, absence types can be assigned for company pension schemes. In this field structure, you flag the absence types for company pension schemes which trigger a fictitious calculation.
In the fictitious calculation, the payroll results are compared with and without these absences. The difference is valued as a fictitious element. For this reason, only unpaid absences can lead to a relevant result of a fictitious calculation.
