Definition

If a subtype for a pension calculation exists, the subtype event determines the trigger date.
If the subtype is stored in the system as an HR action, the trigger date can be determined automatically.

Examples

• The employee retires on May 01, 2003. The subtype is therefore Retirement: the trigger date is May 01, 2003
• A statement should be created for the annual entitlement for the year 2017: the trigger date is January 01, 2018 must be entered manually
