Definition

If the pension benefit is paid early or later than planned, a arithmetic bonus or deduction can be calculated. To do this, the period between the pension payment and the final age of the pension plan is calculated. If the pension payment is after the date on which the pension recipient reaches the final age as defined in the pension plan, a bonus is paid for the resulting period. If the date is earlier, a deduction is calculated.

The bonus/deduction is calculated as a percentage for each time unit. In this field, you can define a percentage rate for the deduction. If the percentage rate has not been entered, no deduction is calculated for the entitlement.
