Definition
If the total of the accrued employment period percentage rates exceed the maximum percentage rate in the income scale for one interval in the employment period scale, the accrued percentage rate for this interval is reduced so that the total of all employment percentage rates is equal to the maximum percentage rate. For all subsequent intervals in the employment period scale, no valuation takes place.
