Functionality
All surviving dependant types are determined before the user has read access to table T5DC1. (Infotype 0021 for testator).
However, the only relevant table entry (reduction percentage rate) for the surviving dependant reduction is the entry for which:
The lower threshold for surviving dependants with the same type is less than or equal to the actual (calculated) number of surviving dependants with the same type.
The last entry that fills this condition is also relevant.
