Definition
If a benefit is paid early or later, mathematical bonuses or deductions can be calculated.
The bonuses/deductions are calculated as percentages and upper or lower limits can be set.
If the benefit is paid later, this bonus percentage is considered the maximum percentage even if a higher percentage were to be calculated.
