The 'All pension institution types' field is maintained as an alternative to the 'Specific pension institution types' field.

However, if data belongs to different pension institutions that have the same pension institution type, it is printed using the same logical page.
This means that the specified logical page is printed as many times as there are different pension institutions for one pension institution type.
A page break is inserted for each new pension institution.
