Definition

Defines the screen template that is displayed for this entitlement when the Entitlements CPS infotype (0202) is maintained.

Use

Each entitlement is a subtype of the Entitlements CPS infotype (0202). For each entitlement/subtype, you determine which screen group is used. The screen template of the Entitlements CPS infotype changes depending on which screen group is used. Different input fields are available:

• Confirmation screen group:
  The following fields are displayed
• Fixed amount / Indicator for annual/monthly benefit
• Minimum benefit and
• Maximum benefit.

The Fixed amount field is only used for Confirmation and, in the standard system, it is only evaluated by the fixed amount calculation method (function module RP_01C_BV_FIXED_ALLOWANCE).
Only use the Confirmation screen group if you use the fixed amount calculation method.

• Company Pension screen group:
  The following fields are displayed:
• Minimum benefit
• Maximum benefit
• Part-time factor and
• Compensated employment years.
  
• Fund screen group:
  The following fields are displayed:
• Membership status
• Membership number
• Membership certificate
• Contribution / Type
• Debit procedure
• Contributor and
• Minimum benefit.

The fields Contribution and Type are only used for contributions to a fund (for example, pension fund, relief fund) and, in the standard system, they are only used by the contribution-based calculation method (function module RP_01C_BV_CONTRIBUTION)
Only use the Fund screen group if you use the contribution-based calculation method for the entitlment.

• Screen group deferred compensation, enhanced

This screen is used for entitlement for which salary conversion is to be performed in payroll accounting using the Deferred Compensation infotype (0263).
