Seniority scales are used for the valuation of employment years using either a percentage or an amount (depending on the calculation method). This field defines which seniority scale is used for the valuation.
Example
Seniority scale BSP1:
- 1st employment year to 10th employment year:1.50 %
- 11th employment year to 21st employment year:2.00 %
- 21st employment year to 40th employment year:2.50 %
Seniority scale BSP2:
- 1st employment year to 40th employment year:1.70 %
