Definition
You use this date to define a start date or acceptance date (in pension plan) that is different from the validity period for the Pension Plan infotype (0323).
If no alternative date is entered, the start date of the first record for the Pension Plan infotype (0323) is taken as the start date of the pension plan.
Notes
The start date of the pension plan (or alternative start date) can be used for the enhanced qualification check (vesting, waiting period).
