Definition
This constant gives the symbolic value of the upper threshold. This amount can be multiplied by a factor and increase by the upper threshold base amount.
The lower threshold can also be coded in the same way as the upper threshold. The difference betwen the upper and lower threshold gives an amount to which the percentage rate is applied.
