Definition
In Customizing for the company pension scheme, absences can be assigned to types. In this field string, you flag the absence types for the company pension scheme that trigger a fictitious calculation.
In the fictitious calculation, payroll results are compared with and without these absences. The difference is valued as a fictitious element. For this reason, only unpaid absences can give a useable result for a fictitious calculation.
