Definition

The vesting check is run for, among other things, the duration of the pension commitment. This is usually shown in the entitlement schedule. If preliminary periods are to be taken into account, in other words, if the date on which the pension commitment is agreed is to be taken as the start date for the determination of the commitment period, you must enter the function here with which the commitment start date is to be determined.

The function is created as a function module and is defined in table T5DWY.

Naming conventions for function modules

• RP_01C_BZ*: SAP function module
• ZP_01C_BZ*: Customer function modules
• YP_01C_BZ*: Customer function modules

Note

Entitlements for which no preliminary periods are to be taken into account (for example, single pension commitments) need not be coded in this field.
