Use

Identifier to propose the absence quota type in the Absence Quotas infotype (2006).

Dependencies

The system proposes the selected absence quota types when you create new records for the Absence Quotas infotype (2006) and these override the default values of Time Management. The prerequisite for the functions is that the followings sections were set up in Customizing: Personnel Time Management -> Time Data Recording and Administration -> Managing Time Accounts Using Attendance/Absence Quotas -> Calculating Absence Entitlements -> Rules for Generating Absence Quotas.

The entitlement to leave days is determined from this table.
