Definition
You use this field to define the maximum number of hours per month that can be retained.
If several flexible working time periods occur within a payroll period, this limit is multiplied by the number of working days.
Example:
Model 1: 13 of 22 working days; monthly limit 20
-> max. 13 / 22 * 20 = 11.82 hours retention during model 1
Model 2: 9 of 22 working days; monthly limit 25
-> max. 9 / 22 * 22 = 9.00 hours retention during model 2
