Definition
In accordance with the conditions in the collective agreement, exceptional weather conditions may cause the account to have a negative balance (this means that hours are granted and then subsequently made up). This occurs if it is no longer possible to convert leave.
The maximum number of these (advance) hours is determined by the stored constant. As a result, lost hours cannot cause the account to be negative by a number of hours greater than the number specified here.
