Definition
The value in this field indicates the meaning (according to the collective agreement) of the overtime hours stored in the accompanying wage type.
Use
ID 1 Daily overtime calculation
These are overtime hours in the sense of hours worked in addition to to the regular working hours.
ID 2 Monthly overtime calculation
The overtime hours are those that exceed the minimum remuneration hours if the retained hours before overtime were achieved.
ID 3 Monthly overtime calculation
Overtime is calculated as follows: If the maximum retained hours before overtime were reached, all hours that exceed the minimum remuneration hours are stored as overtime. If the maximum retained hours before overtime were not achieved, the hours are processed as overtime that exceeds the minimum remuneration hours but is not included in the working time account.
