Documentation
- The costs for every overnight stay at the usage site can be refunded, tax-free to the employee with double housekeeping.
- The costs for every overnight stay are withheld from the employee provided that the relevant overnight type or relevant hostel was chosen.
Example
The employee travels to the usage site on Monday and leaves on Friday.
For every overnight stay he has to pay an amount to his employer. This is taxed and charged to him on the absence days Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
