Documentation
Definition
Assignment of employee to an occupational group in accordance with collective agreement.
The occupational group for an employee can usually be derived from the data on the pay scale type, pay scale group, and pay scale level in the Basic Pay infotype (0008). If this is the case, no special assignment of individual employees to an occupational group is necessary - you do not need to make an entry in the corresponding field in the C.Pay Funds Procedure infotype (0189).
However, in exceptional cases, the assignment found by the feature can be overridden by the explicit entry of an occupational group in the C.Pay Funds Procedure infotype (0189).
Supplementary Documentation - P01B_BERGR0001
Use
Occupation group determined using the feature DBLBG.
Supplementary Documentation - P01B_BERGR0002
Use
Overrides the original occupation group that was determined using feature DBLBG with the Construction Industry Social Fund Procedure infotype (0189).
