Definition

The day on which the value credit was used outside of the agreement terms and the contribution is calculated.

Use

The day is defined based on the following facts:

  • If the employment relationship ends due to termination: last day of the employment relationship
  • If the employment relationship ends without a rehire guarantee due to a reduction in earning capacity: last day of the employment relationship
  • If the value credit is paid fully or partially, but not for times of a release: last day of the payroll period
  • If the value credit is transferred to another person: day on which the transfer takes place
  • In case of insolvency of the employer: day on which the payment takes place
  • In case of death of the employee: date of death
