Definition
Status of the value credit at the start of the previous year.
This field is needed in report RPCSVWD0 to determine the increase of the value credit in the previous year in case of a disruptive event. This increase is used to calculate the contribution-liable share of the disruptive event that is to be assigned to the previous year, and therefore reduces the income threshold deficit that is available to calculate contributions for non-recurring payments under the March clause.
