Definition
Remuneration that is not paid to the employee in the payroll period, but instead flows into the value credit.
The remuneration used to increase the value credit is contribution-exempt at first. Contributions are not calculated for it until it is paid due to a release from work or in case of a disruptive event (use of the value credit in a manner outside of the agreed terms).
