Definition
The values for income deficit threshold for disruptive events can be entered in infotype 0123 in the following ways:
- Specification type 1: Starting values
The income threshold deficit for disruptive events for the affected division is replaced by the infotype 0123 value. Report RPCSVWD0 uses the specified value for further calculation starting on the key date.
If you want to set income threshold deficit for disruptive events to 0 for a division or year, enter a negative amount (such as -1) on in the corresponding field. Negative values delete the income threshold deficit for disruptive events on the key date.
If the key date is the start date of the payroll period, then the income threshold deficit for disruptive events is set before report RPCSVWD0 processes the period, which means it can still be changed due to release/accrual/and so on within the period.
If you want to specify the income threshold deficit for disruptive events at the end of the period - that is, after taking all other changes into account - then set the key date for infotype 0123 to the end date of that period.
- Specification type 2: Correction values
The values from infotype 0123 are added to the income threshold deficits for disruptive events calculated by the report on the key date. The sum of both values is used for further calculation of the income threshold deficit for disruptive events by report RPCSVWD0. Both positive and negative correction values are allowed for specification type 2.
