Definition

Specifies that the employee works part-time.

Use

Select this option, if you want to:

• Specify a part-time work rule
• To collect and evaluate statistics on how many employees work part-time in your enterprise.

Procedure

If you select this option and choose ENTER, the additional option Dynamic daily work schedule on the screen, as well as entry fields for minimum and maximum working hours per day, week, month, and year.

Because the planned working time for part-time employees is determined in relation to the work schedule rule, enter a percentage in the employment percentage field, or enter your own value in the working hours per day, week, month, or year fields. When you save your entries, the system determines the values for the remaining fields.
