Definition
The employment years entered here are subject to an alternative valuation (with another entitlement). The calculation of the employment years for this entitlement starts with the subsequent value.
Note
If the years are entered with decimal places (for example, 10.40 compensated employment years), the first employment year for the entitlement that is subject to revaluation is reduced by the proportional number of days in a year (based on 365).
Example
An employee receives a new entitlement. The old entitlement is ended when a the guaranteed payments are calculated. In the calculation of the guaranteed payment, 10.40 years are valuated. You enter these 10.40 years as compensated employment years.
The new entitlement starts with the 11th employment year, whereby, the 11th employment is ended after 219 days and is valuated at 60%.
